This is very similar to the early hopeful days of the Bioamber bankruptcy. I am sure they are hoping they can restructure and avoid Bioambers fate of liquidation.

If you want to see a situation really similar to Bioamber it’s MMTLP. I believe there are 5+ year no hopers on that dead one.
