PDUFA date is ALREADY in place as of several months ago.

Read the law.

As long as the application is "substantially complete" the PDUFA date has ALREADY begun.

The ONLY thing that matters is if our "substantially complete" application was submitted before everyone else's.

If we are first to fully file, that would indeed be huge news.
