I think you’re conflating missed goals like Nasdaq and nefarious intent re: hostile takeover of the company. I’m saying regardless of what you believe his intent actually is, the logic simply doesn’t follow. If he wanted to take it private, he could’ve done so long ago and wouldn’t have spent the time, money, and effort to make the company more valuable. Just doesn’t make sense.
