And I have been CLEAR in my communications with ADMIN that I'm NOT interested in any information about putting users on ignore *because I already KNOW how to.

And I've been asking about the APPLICATION of the NEW rules, especially whereas;
[] Duplicates
[] Spam
[] And redundant, repetetive, etc. postings are concerned!

[] And because I have felt BOTH victimized
[] as a user of the platform
[] and experiencing someone (apparently) abusing the new rules.

But also
[] Because the person in question happens to ALSO be a MODERATOR

And lastly
BECAUSE I too am a moderator here too. So inquiring helps me UNDERSTAND how ADMIN intends to apply these new rules!

And DESPITE explaining this in my communications, I have received a NEAR-INSTANT "how to ignore" reply that looks & reads like this:

To use the Ignore feature, go to the User's profile and click on the link that says "Ignore This User". Then go to Settings/My Ignores and ensure it says "Enabled". PMs are always blocked from Ignored Users. Public posts are only hidden if Filters are Enabled.

If someone keeps "characterizing " us as being sewer rats or *village idiots or morons, etc., etc, and you tell us to place them on Ignore well that doesn't do anything to "protect" our "reputation"", does it ?
The intent of their slanderings is public defamation - to make us look bad in the eyes of others.
Our placing them on Ignore does nothing to resolve THAT....LoL

We’re telling you to place posters you don’t want to hear from on ignore so YOU won’t see their posts.
