have made the same observation for quite some time, including me.
For years SFRX and its shareholders have pissed and moaned about an agenda at the FBAR, yet they either ignore the law or are ignorant about it. But they stayed for several years AFTER they were told it is illegal to disturb a Spanish wreck site without Spain’s permission. All the while telling shareholders……soon, soon, soon.
Regarding Juno, more than one salvage group, each with significantly more experience and SUCCESS than SFRX has explored and excavated the site in prior decades.
SFRX could only hope to have 1/10th the skill of Bob Marx or others that have been on-site. They all left Juno because the site proved worthless.
But, Since SFRX is special, and Kyle is somehow the only person that knows there's $15 billion there, tons, not trinkets, are just going to magically appear, right?
It’s all under worm poop, right?
All one has to do is ask Kyle.
It is curious Kyle has waited until now to disclose the permit may not be issued.
I’m sure there’s an agenda at the Corp as well. It’s the nature of bureaucracies to have one. That’s why they’re created, with an agenda in mind.
The Company is currently awaiting a permit from the USACE for its Juno Beach shipwreck site. This permitting process has taken longer than anticipated, the Company and some of its advisers have had meetings and discussion with USACE personnel regarding the permit. There is the possibility that the permit will continue to be delayed, potentially for an extended period of time poten. The Company is not able to predict when, or if, the USACE permit will be issued for the Juno Beach shipwreck site.
The Timmy Toy really works, but the mean ole bureaucrats won’t let SFRX prove to the world it does.
It’s the perfect excuse if it’s a put up or shut up scenario staring you in the face if you get the permit.
Play the victim instead, which is right out of the handbook.
