I have the feeling the CEO really doesn't want to see that permit issued. That means show up or setup time another will be nothing to show. There is no pile of treasure at Juno Beach wreck site.

The COEs permit will provide Both.
Treasure Found subsequently and this SFRX could easily trade Paper, IMHO.

Did it ever occur to you that actually getting that permit is one of the last things this one grand a day CEO wants. Then the jigs up. No treasure. Then what. What's the next act?
