I believe big tech and .GOV will be more than happy to support this effort! Both entities stand to gain the most from this break thru (monetarily and control of peeps)
They just got 1 million dollars in early July. That will last them a little while, but I agree they need to be fully funded and hopefully they will get grant money. Rich Berliner discusses all of the grant money that is out there in one of his other video's. I'll post it at the bottom here:
Like the other posted stated they need this technology not to just make a lot of money for themselves, but to control all of us and our lives. There is No New World Order without this tech. They need Wi-Fi to be everywhere and at all times. This technology solves that for the Elites.
