That was 18 days after George claimed he "will apply" that day.

Are you saying that Hokie was lying when he said there was no open proceeding?

Or was Hokie telling the truth and George had never applied after he said he was going to?

That doesn't help, and proves my point that we have no clue if anything was filed.

Georgie said "will" which means at the time of the tweet, it hadn't been filed. Now, why on earth would he not wait until it was filed to tweet an update to say, it WAS filed??

It just raises more questions and speculation about the whole process, and what the heck Georgie is doing, and why he continues to fuel endless doubts.
