I actually believe parting ways was/is a good thing. I don't believe PSX did anything for this stock other than bring forth a confused (at best) business plan and a sky high level of cash burn. What beginning stage company thinks throwing a logo on a racecar will result in an onslaught of new business especially when there's no IR, multiple websites, and a misdirected link on the sponsorship entity's website (Spire)? Was a clown show at best. At least, at this point, we're a clean shell and a potentially merger candidate. Based on the stock performance, very few believed in value added by PSX and the potential of the relationship.
