....The UBS SETTLEMENT with the USG, ain't ours, but note the sheer power of violating FIRREA, as the OTS had done to us..........and UBS is trying to close out all of the LIBOR mess..........
....I took this quote from Bloomberg news on the USG settlement................."The agreement closes UBS’s biggest US legal headache, though remaining litigation over Libor, swap and stock-lending platforms and Bernard Madoff’s fraud could cost about $400 million to settle."....................
.........bowel movements are always a good sign......and UBS is throwing around lots of money........our case could be the biggest, even bigger than the $1.435B for FIRREA, because our case is going to a jury of real people...............and UBS stiffed an inner city school board, wherein the students were impoverished poor schoolchildren..............at least $2-billies worth of damages.................
