The additional time required is directly related to the Company's acquisition of operating entity Vetcomm LLC during the most recent three month period and the additional time and effort required for management to assess the substantial increase to month over month revenues from its various membership options which include prepaid memberships, memberships with monthly installments and revenues from various one-off services in support of Veterans.
