Yes, well said. Melvin should file the Q when he's damn good and ready! I'm sure this will have zero impact on what he's trying to accomplish here with the name/symbol change, investor confidence, etc. The delay is probably because it's taking longer to count all the revenue that came in!
Financials can be filed whenever Melvin wants to file them, or are properly completed as long as he’s willing to pay the penalty. Some things in business happen when they happen. Not when the calendar says they’re due.
