Yes, as much as those on the dark side expect the opposite. This is the typical slow bleed we have witnessed during every PR drought. We have been in this price area (with the slow bleed) for quite a few months now. We have been progressing over a long period of time, albeit very small steps at times, even though there is every effort to diminish or deny it. You cannot deny the progress. Will it get us over the finish line, your guess is a good as mine.
I don't believe Kim is as nefarious as many assume or make him out to be, but he does have a problem with seeking out perfection. And there in lies the problem. Accept Kim's MO or don't. The facts seem to dictate that things are happening behind the scene. The tailored AF RFI indicating "spidersilk" in the text if a good point in time to recalibrate expectations.
