Well, first they used the new technology on MJ2, unsuccessfully. So it's not illegal, it was allowed.

2nd - it's not fracking in the sense most would think. Water is not required like it was in the old way, so the potential damage is far less.

You have no idea what the government will do, so quit saying you do. Decisions change all the time.

They said they went back and looked at data from MJ1 and then reapplied.

And why did they amend it Jan 24 2023, then issue a new press release indicating something "new" rather than just saying they were amending an old lease request made 8 months earlier.

are you someone who invested earlier at a higher PPS, now unhappy, I could understand that a little more. If I owned anything I would not speak against anything I owned, hoping by chance it might increase. If I were really disgusted, I would sell and move on. Would not post about anything I did not own.
