Where did the warrants come from? Answer: SPSA.

If SPSA is gone, so are:
1) Warrants.
2) 10% dividends.
3) Senior Preferred Shares.
4) Liquidation Preference.

That's why I am a huge fan of the Kelly case. Should Kelly succeed, Patwil's calculations of the stock price will be too low.
