Perhaps the cautionary statement above is part of the reason JPEX share price has not responded positively to the announced merger in March 2023.

This is also why I feel an unbiased AUDIT of Mekaddesh Group assets would be very welcomed by JPEX investors.

However, like TyphoonLou says this may all be clarified in JPEX's upcoming quarterly financial report.
