Have to say, Deng seems confident. Talking like a man who already has money in hand.

We know they plan on raising $60M but the initial outlay of the WiFeng project is $278M, with the other $218M coming from the bank(s). I have to believe, even in China, the bank(s) don't lend seed money. They do it against hard assets and going-concerns. If they have already lent that adds legitimacy to every aspect of CIWM. Once we see the share structure change, we know King Richard got paid. I don't feel great about it but I'm more optimistic than I've ever been with $ASKH.

$ASKH I am in agreement with @WarContractor and feel our time has come and this is a monster in the making! For those trying to figure it out, I will be emailing MWR this coming week inquiring a bio for Tony Tao. Maybe he'll toss me something. This sort of reminds me of the oil fracking business and the companies who jumped into the business of treating the waste water from that process........but with a much better ROI and opportunity. Spread the word on $ASKH as this will soon be blowing up. September the 9th (or sooner) cannot come soon enough. Re-reading this from the recent PR gives me more confidence that this will happen: "The short runway to, and high confidence in, the successful closure of this major acquisition is made possible by the two companies long mutual history and shared executives." 'Shared executives' ???? Who might that be? 'is made possible' ????
