If you are right I will learn that you were right and I will say so. Will you admit it if you are wrong?

On OTC anything can happen, I'm just talking from experience and likely scenarios.

Hell, I once bought a stock at 0.15, 900 buck worth. From their filing their business plan was hoping to rent a couple parking spaces to put cars in that they wanted to use in Vancouver to import cars from California and to resell those cars.

Total bullshit, it was a new shell, but hey, what's $900.

I got out, unfortunately up $18,000. Had I held, theoretically, I would have had $1.2 million when it eventually became a bank in England. Assuming I would have been able to sell those shares at those prices without killing the market for the stock. Eventually the stock did go to 0.

I hope it works out for you, but I ain't seeing it. If your "restricted" shares eventually trade, I'll admit I'm wrong and mail you a book with several million shares of worthless stock certs I've accumulated over the years on stocks like this one.

Best you can do is frame em, put em on a wall to show off to people that you own these millions of shares for posterity.

Hahahaha...that makes 2 people you will be apologizing to now. Wayne is right...some people just never learn to take the loss and learn from it.
