Great news! With the successful conversion of 200,000,000 common shares at $0.001, which was divided into 8 batches of 25 million shares each, the conversion process is now officially completed. This will provide the company with the necessary funds for its working capital.

The REG A filed and as amended in November 2022 for 200,000,000 common shares at $0.001 were fully subscribed.
