I expect a R/M and they'll be known as Nora Pharma with a new ticker. This is probably the best news that should be expected.

SBFM should be put to rest along with their Elderly Executives.

I think most expect this anyway. SBFM isn't transparent, isn't profitable, has zero proprietary products and Nora essentially acts like they don't know who they are!

Their CEO Malek Chamoun has more controlling shares than Steve Slilaty anyway.
