Appeal is likely IMO

My research has that loser would have 14 days to send notice of appeal. May not be granted and they'd need good reasons.

Fees will be set by Judge in Class Action. Depending on final award. Seems like it is sliding scale. Not the 'normal' 33.3% in civil case. I would expect 25%.

Oh and taxes. Hard to determine (all sources couch the answer). However, if you 'win' in an IRA account there is a 'restorative' feature whereby you can plop the money back into the account. Would be nice to not pay taxes in a lump sum fashion!

I’m speculating they ant doing this for free! If anyone bailed out of the class then do they get paid without fees taken from lawyers?

I’d would suspect the lawyers would want all there fees paid from the start to re- coup everything. I don’t know how it works. Most pro bono take 25% to 50% so again who knows they have never stated publicly what there fees are in the class action
