The idea that someone shorts a stock to drive the price down for their own ends makes about as much sense as someone buying trying to drive the price up.

It’s a bet. Either a bet that price will go up or a bet that the price will go down.

A reverse split HELPS a short because it immediately reduces the margin requirement…it’s doesn’t “counter” the short.

And the only meaningful shorting on this stock has been from the financiers shorting against the box on the equity sales agreement.

Which makes Michery’s “shorting investigation” even more laughable.

Shorts maximize gains by driving the PPS down below regulatory standards in order to provoke a delisting.



The only thing that any shorts still stupid enough or wise enough want is CH7.

Which is great, the stock is dead, no way to cover, you got the cash and no income tax to pay.
