IMO Worst case scenario would be return of control to Alpharidge plus possible compensation for Damage and prejudice. Also one of the main issues in this case is Antonio Guel is not a US citizen. I wonder if his daughter Maria Guel is in the same situation? . Althoug it might be irrelevant since JPEX which now owns MGC is an american company!

Thanks for the info. I'll have to go back and look at the cease-and-desist order in detail this weekend.

Hope things are not as bad as they initially looked to me.

However, Mekaddesh is specifically called out in a footnote of the court document.
