If he is a pumper he is terrible at it. He's also always been consistent. I think he's just having fun and honestly as this board recessed into the cesspool it became he has still been consistent. The board is actually better now. Not sure if you have any idea how many posts I have had removed. Many reinstated because the manipulators on the board were and are moderators. At least now you can see it for what it is.
Remember one thing about this and it is so incredibly true. It is far harder to convince someone to buy a stock then it will ever be to get them to not buy or sell. Most of this board is for capitulation for them to cover.
