I know they said the next announcement would hopefully be about closing - but yeah, waiting 2 months (or more) for an "imminent closing" does seem too long between updates. We all want the deal to be complete.
have you done a head count? who's there who isnt? who arrived? have you done anything other than complain n' whine? i dont think so. shit happens, you just dont know what it is cuz you are waiting for filings, updates and the like. mr. smith went and took a professionals looksee. then someone says i didnt see that, aint so. well, as i said previously ''shit happens'' even if you cant see shit.
