Because you don't know basic math.

We have a bare minimum .15 stock trading for .04

A small buyback would not impress me.

The buyback is interesting because whether folks want to believe it, there is a large short position to be covered here. If the company starts grabbing a few million shares here and there, they would be in trouble. It gets complicated and the company wants the cash for growth. Both sides have merit but any share buy back if done right and that's a big if, would drive the stock price pretty fast.

Again has to be done the right way. This stock is thin and doesn't take much to move it. And if it moves, and its that thin, traders and others will pickup on it. The fundamentals of the company are unlike any other I have ever seen on OTC. But they can't just go lets buy $1m in stock tomorrow because the short play here will just wait it out ...unless.....hehehe

It could be me in the minority, who knows. I can respect the difference of opinion.

To me, rather than get on every conference call and essentially say “It seems like the better we do, the worse the stock gets. Welp, anyway…”, why not pivot a little bit? When the ART technology hit a wall, they said okay, let’s pivot here, build up a solid generic business instead so we have enough money to maybe make this worthwhile down the road. Similarly, we’ve seen the stock decline for how many years now? Let’s issue more, but still substantive, PRs. Let’s make sure all our salaries are paid out in cash. Let’s issue a buyback here and there.

I don’t want to be on a conference call in 2025 and hear “We now have a record-setting 100 million in revenues now and our stock is .02. Anyway…”
