Sorry...it's a real company, but not some big AI conglomerate or anything. Pretty sure it's just a one person setup, but it is legit atleast legally.

Pre 14C was filed two weeks ago for the 30 billion shares. Def 14C will come soon which will finalize that. I think that is what we are waiting for and then we can see where all these shares go. It's nice they are updating the SS on a weekly basis now.
