How exactly do you know for a fact he has no merger candidates?

Mergers are serious business affairs requiring strict NDA and significant legal scrutiny by both sides of the deal and yet you have inside information?

That says merger. Filings don't define possible merger candidates. I am not defending Sharp, nor criticizing him. I am simply pointing out that you are trying to swag black & white type to surmise that there are no merger candidates at this time. A merger "candidate" would not be listed in the filing. An LOI or definitive agreement is different.

"Will search" does not mean that discussions are or are not in progress. You know as much as the rest of us. Pessimism is ok. Just don't try to pass it off as fact. You're entitled to your OPINION

PS, Sharp did not acquire GVSI for sh*ts & giggles.
