thank you. plaintiff's did a superb job as i read fanfred comments. the outcome can be whatever. d's as you said will confuse, lie, deceive and one cannot stop them as even the judge has proven not at par. it is in hands of jurors, i am sure not all of them are dumb or may be even all of them are very intelligent to see what is going on.
if the verdict doesn't take too long, would likely mean plaintiff's won. not being biased but the cross with demarco proved without a reasonable doubt that this was a heist, ambushed shareholders and biggest loot in the history. very sad.
