I can't see yesterday's AH data, but if that's true it's insane.

According to Investopedia, AH trades are counted same as session trades. So my guess it's an insider manipulating the price over $1 to prevent delisting. I don't understand why they would have bought millions, though.

Typically, price changes in the after-hours market have the same effect on a stock that changes in the regular market do: A $1 increase in the after-hours market is the same as a $1 increase in the regular market.

Someone should investigate, but if they haven't by now they never will.

Doesn't matter, the charts show where this is headed, and that's either bankruptcy or acquisition.
