The problem with projects like this - billion dollar projects - is the financiers prefer buying them up at low prices.
We are pre-revenue. That's a fact.
Why is this stock worth $6? $4? Even $2?
Historical stock prices have no relevance on current price. We can't chart a company with no earnings or projected earnings in our current state.
At this point we are totally dependent on gov't funding from the EXIM loan or some other dark horse investor coming in with hundreds of millions to develop this mine. Without that, NioCorp is just a landowner.
I personally believe the EXIM loan will come through, and once it does other institutional investors will come on board.
In the meantime, those big fish institutional investors will drive our share price down in order to make a profit before they finally invest their millions.
We've seen low volume these past few weeks. It doesn't take much to sell off chunks and deflate the price.
At this point, everything is riding on EXIM. How much longer do we need to wait?
