Isn't it amazing to think about it? Not a single judge over the last 15 years found or felt that what the govt has done here is not a swindle and HERA allows it and it was for their own good and it was needed etc etc etc
Mind boggling, if you think about organized it has been across everywhere and everyone involved
A defeat in this may make the big hedgies close the legal route and wave the losing flag
It's the greedy hedgies the reason why we common man (not common share holders) are to suffer. Let's all wish the hedgies and the minnows in this group decide to sell and move on. We will have a working resolution for sure
