I believe this is something that needs to be looked into now ....... Had I known that when Jerry brought NasRat on as CEO that NasRat would continue to run his own private pharma company while acting as CEO of Elite, I would have sold every share of my ELTP holdings above $0.78 per share ...............................

Hell it looks to me like he can do any damn thing he wants to do UNCHECKED !!!!!!!!!!!!!
