Does he or anyone, really think Mr. George A. Sharp spent 2 1/2 years, hundreds of thousands of dollars, for a measly DIME (.10)? Ha!!!!

Did anyone think Sharp wouldn't get GVSI SEC registered and reporting like SNRW and WNFT now are and he said he would?

The reason GVSI has taken 2 1/5 years is because Shatp is dragging his feet for some reason. It could be SEC/FINRA problems.

Sharp doesn't always warn shareholders in a timely manner. He usually waits until the last possible moment before sharing bad regulatory and/or court news - like when he finally had to admit that he abandoned getting GVSI audited and SEC registered and reporting after going almost a whole year without any GVSI updates last year?

Where are all the GVSI share cancellations?

Where is the SEC/FINRA approved corporate name change corporate action?

Where is the SEC/FINRA approved ticker symbol change corporate action?

Why wasn't a merger corporate action filed or even mentioned by Sharp tweeted about the name and ticker change application with the SEC/FINRA along with the corporate name and ticker symbol change request?

Why didn't Sharp disclose what the "agreement" with the SEC/FINRA was after the SEC administrative proceeding?

This is a public company yet he's keeping an "agreement" with a Federal regulatory agency undisclosed?

Why is that? Especially when Sharp said that the SEC administrative proceeding was "UNWINNABLE?"

Why has Sharp not refiled GVSI's SEC Form 10 registration?

Why hasn't Sharp filed the missing audited financials from 2008 - 2013 that the SEC/FINRA is asking for in it's Notice of Deficiency?
