Same way I point out that Sharp has never in his entire career as "OTC WIZ" ever brought in a company with revenue into the OTC.

That is a big RED FLAG and a major problem for pumpers that they just can't argue against.

The TSNP run happened from third party hype and speculation, and had nothing to do with the actual merger. So, attributing that run to Sharp is actually false. He had nothing to do with it.
