Sfwd...that's because he like many others, seem to believe that the big dogs are shaking in their boots and running scared, thus are under tremendous pressure to settle. I believe that's the illusion. If it were true, why didn't they do so long ago? The threat to them has long existed as vplm keeps beating down the IPRs and coming up with all the cash they need to fight on and getting improved court locations and better judges and better everything. SO WHY ARE 60 or so known and notified voip companies plus many many more known to exist, not EVER settling, not ever buying, not ever licensing, not ever partnering, not ever taking steps to protect themselves from the INEVITABLE incoming bombs with their names on them in terms of triple damages, having to quit providing whatever voip services they offer, allowing their competitors to take it all away from them, giving up on the billions and billions of dollars at stake? And how they will become slaves to the competition who will make them pay pay pay? Where are the answers to these all important questions?
