...And therein lies THE BIG question AO! ...When a new political (non bought off to China) Administration moves in...and allows Niocorp to fully flourish with funding and thus mining IMO...then the nefarious stock market "powers that be" will be forced or pressured (IMO) to let it fly just off the Company's overall success. ...and/ or when the stock market elites and their investors can benefit financially themselves. Now the disgusting "red tape" of corruption in the stock market is so thick...that there is no definitive answer to your question. At minimum, it starts with allowing Niocorp to contribute (to the U.S. & to the World) mining cleanly for "Rare Earth Minerals et. al."...which Niocorp clearly has that capability. Right now...China controls the market...& THE POWERS THAT BE (of ill intent) want it that way. It's so funny that we somehow can't talk about "The Elephant(s) In The Room" here.
