When the reverse merger happened between ANEW and LEAS, the ANEW shareholders were given 98% of the company if the RS would have happened and they converted their shares. The OS would have been 41 million shares with the old LEAS owners having about 400k of those shares. Please confirm if you agree. It’s taken right from the filing. So, the intent of the merger was basically to give the company to the ANEW CEO and shareholders. Leas shareholders would own about 1 to 2% of the overall company which totally makes sense given that LEAS does nothing. You are stating that just because the RS was not approved, ANEW is fully represented by its 1 billion shares and we are all magically going to make 10 times our money and the real owners of ANEW (the original owners-preferred B folks) are going to get zero. I don’t know how it’s going to happen, but preferreds will be redefined or the RS will happen or some other legal magic will happen where LEAS common shareholders will get what they deserve. -about 1-2 million of the 60 million which equates to about .002. We can end the discussion and just see how it plays out. I’m going to try and get out tomorrow. Thanks.

Z, you could clear all this up with your connections and get this stock to run to .03-.04 if you can get us an answer to this question. “Will the sixty million dollars of RWOD stock be issued fully to the current billion OS of LEAS. “ IMO the company will either say No, not fully or they will decline to answer in which case we have our answer.
