Joe Biden -- I think we all can agree, nothing will happen (Everyone on this board, may be except Bradford will agree)

Desantis/Vivek/Pence and the Rest -- No first time president will touch this in year 1.. If its any of them and they get a 2nd term... may be... depending on their GSE hatred

Now DJT - As much as you all believe that letter or the instruction to Mnuchin, the only chance it will happen is if the GSE's forgives his loans or his real estate mogul gets a huge benefit out of this ordeal.. If not, he has enough agenda for 4 years as explained in my prior post.. He wouldnt care about this at all.. One slim chance of makinng it happen is someone stoking his ego, that he is the only person in this whole earth who can solve this problem and then the narcissm hormones may kick in and i will give that a 0.1% chance
