the PP was finalized between the 11th and 22nd of June, when the price was the lowest... The Meeting occurred after that and I believe all the PP details were then known to the Insiders...
If they did it later, the discount to Market price would be even more objectionable... In any event, we'll soon know, as all pertinent Documents, including all BoD Minutes will soon be subpoenaed...
