Because AMC is ALREADY BILLIONS in debt. Current revenue will fund current operations.
They need the ability to pay it down, and thus need the shares to do so.
It’s simple math.
Everyone’s single minded maddening quest for a MOASS that isn’t ever coming has clouded the judgment over a possible BQ restructuring.
Not just possible, plausible, with current debt load.
