You should have posted just the first sentence below.

But orange man unlike this losing candidate did not shrink away quietly so he totally gets whatever justice comes his way.

It's the DOJ 'doing this'. To the extent Garland received GOP votes for confirmation....Judge Garland was confirmed 70 to 30, with 20 Republicans joining all 50 Democrats in supporting him......the Constitution is functioning as well as it can in a highly partisan environment.

Broadly condemning the DOJ/FBI is really just you doing ill-informed cherry picking; 10 years is a LOT of cases.

You can take continued support for Trump from people who do not give a shit about a document they've never read and would not understand if they did, as more widespread than it is, but writ larger among Dems and Independents, the wider electorate, the orange man's support is eroding.

The voters who repudiated Trump and the GOP in the elections of '18, '20, special elections and '22, ARE not moving toward the insurrection inciting, doc stealing, soon to be indicted again, intemperate of mouth to the point of endangering his freedom, complete f'ing moron.

Neither are the abortion issue nor the 'weaponization of gov get Hunter and Joe committee' working for the GOP.

But orange man unlike this losing candidate did not shrink away quietly so he totally gets whatever justice comes his way. If Congress did this equally supported by both parties this would end. Now this has given orange man support that he would not have previously received in the public eye as the DOJ/FBI do not have great track records over the past 10 years. If Congress did this equally supported by both parties this would end. So this favors the accused. But egotistic liberals don’t get it.

You keep forgetting how many police were injured, and how much damage was sustained by the Capital, and the most important crime, Trump sent his supporters to disrupt the actual confirmation vote that was taking place on that day to formally acknowledge that Joe Biden had officially won the 2020 election.

Trump even wanted Mike Pence to do something that was not in his power to ignore that vote, and that would keep trump in power.

What part of the peaceful transfer of power do you not understand.

The President of the United States takes a sworn oath to protect this government, not send his supporters to the Capital to disrupt an official proceeding. That is a CRIME.
