The government's argument is predicated on a lie. Seems the plaintiff's lawyers should have an easy time painting a visual of the truth; provided they are as astute as some think them to be.

With 1 day delay, should go to Jury Tuesday or Wednesday, right?

The men on the jury probably want to get out of there, and enough of the "well, I just don't knows" circling the room. FWIW, I think we will get a verdict, and it will be quicker, and the last part - who wins is TBD.
