They may have had a role in the deals demise. Perhaps they demanded a full payoff to settle the debts before the transfer of power, and Tad could not pay them off, and Byoplanet did not want to assume that debt, so it fell apart. Just a guess.

I was waving that red flag for months...it was roundly poo pooed or attacked as irrelevant, old news etc. More debts and defaults still exist.
