I asked you to list the ton of evidence and instead of listing anything your reply is my premise is flawed. I gather that not only is there not a ton of evidence, there is no evidence in Trump's favor, or your not able to articulate it. May I suggest yo google search Trump's lawyers. They have come up with weak defenses like 1st amendment as if allows free speech to instruct someone to commit a criminal act.
