That is the point. You cannot proce in dilution...it can only happen as it happens. It will be happening for the next few years now. As the price goes up...it would have been twice as high without the dilution. The only thing that can be priced in is the initial reaction. So yes, the initial reaction here is possibly manipulation...I just call that...the market.
