I would assume that over time any individual patient would have their dosage adjusted to better obtain the results they want.

Next Tuesday will be another learning experience for me and others

I'm on record with expectations and some views on market reaction. If I had an opportunity to refine those, I'd shade slightly lower on expectations but hold fairly firm on what would be disappointing.

The CEO seem to be doing the typical under-promise, over-deliver routine so I wouldn't get too into expectations. They will probably be okay-ish and spun for effect.
