No one was actually cut out of 90% of their shares. The total OS were also reduced by 90% in the RS so everyone still had their same percentage and stake of ownership based on the RS. There was some dilution thereafter, e.g. the GXII holders who did not redeem got shares for their investment at the rate of .89 per share pre-RS.

P.S. Everyone felt that there was a funding deal imminent in very late 2019, but COVID hit just weeks later and that changed everything through no fault of anyone connected to the potential deal. If that entity was who I felt it was, the timing was never again there for them, IMO..

Have you ever considered the perspective of GXII? Perhaps it was them that jumped into bed with the serpents.

They left the majority of their investors with money market like returns.
