#450626 RE: zab #450621

As good a disassembly of all the lame ass attempts at justifying Trump's stop the steal campaign and insurrection incitements as we're going to read, before the trial begins.

We got a superseding indictment, 2 counts of obstruction, from the docs indictment, no doubt we'll get some more from co-conspirators who chose not to accept 1/6 plea deals; possibly because they too are struggling mightily with the non-conundrum, 'wrong, but guilty?'

No such uncertainty can be found in 'lock her up' nor in the laughably inept pursuit of Hunter.

I think he was wrong, but guilty? I'll let the lawyers hash that out.

Technically, properly, no one is legally guilty unless or until they plead guilty or are found guilty by trial.

But it IS reasonable to infer guilt based upon the words and actions of one who has been charged. Attacking the justice system, claiming it is weaponized, attacking the officers of the court, the venue for the trial, and riling supporters with inflammatory speech toward those officers of the court, are NOT the words and actions of an innocent person.
