Merger partners depend on TAD to make filings with regulators. Did he even do so with FINRA? He clearly did not file a change of management with the SOS months after telling investors one had happened on 5/16/23. He needs to be called in to to explain that.

If Tad had ''resigned'' as claimed then how is he still in charge???

Not EV. I spoke to Ken after that and he got private funding. He said he got a better deal and decided to go that route.
